At our micro home bakery, we take pride in handcrafting every single item we offer. We only use real organic ingredients, unbleached flour, and unrefined sugars to ensure the highest quality and taste.
In addition to our commitment to using these ingredients, we also bake every item fresh on the day of pick up.
Sourdough offers numerous health benefits, including improved and increased nutrient absorption. When sourdough is put through a fermentation process natural probiotics are formed, creating better digestion. We wanted to bring real, healthy, bread to our community.



The Sunday Cabinet
Introducing our Seasonal Sunday Cabinet! Every Sunday morning at 10:30 AM, we will stock our cabinet with a delightful selection of loaves, bagels, cookies, and cinnamon rolls, available on a first come, first serve basis. Operating on an honor system, you can pick up your favorites at 3 Snyder Avenue North, Elmira. We look forward to sharing our delicious treats with you!

How ordering works
Pickup
Fridays are designated for pre-orders on all baked goods. On Sundays, we offer a self-serve honor system where items will be available, and you can also place pre-orders for some of these items. Your pre-orders will be ready for pickup in the designated cabinet, and you will receive an email around 1 PM with pickup instructions. Be sure to check your emails for all the details!
What if it's always sold out?
Due to our micro-baker size, we can only handle up to a certain amount of orders a week. We hope to expand as business progresses, but if you still have trouble ordering every week please reach out directly to info.wholesomerise@gmail.com. We will do our best to accomdate everyone!
Samples
At this time we provide the following samples:
-half original loaf
-1 bagel
-1 muffin
All other items we are not offering samples. We hope to leave out tasty sample treats at each pickup if time allows.

Hey there! my name is Jenna and I started my love for sourdough when my family and I decided to really look into our health. I started with the starter and it was difficult but practice makes perfect. Made my family a loaf, and there was no turning back. Sourdough opened up this magical place where i could enjoy the "bad carbs" because they weren't bad anymore!
Your orders are made in a Public Health Approved space, though we package from my home please note cross-contamintaion of allergens may occur.
